Our story began in the 1940s in Argentina, when our founder José María Navarro took his first steps in the family butcher shop at just seven years old. As he grew, he personally distributed products by horse cart and later managed market purchases, laying the foundation for a lifetime dedicated to the meat industry.

Guided by a strong commitment to our customers, Menudencias del Centro SA has grown into a leading company in the production, distribution, and export of raw beef offal, semi cooked beef offal, cooked beef offal, pork offal, and chicken offal. Today, over 70 years later, we remain a family-owned business whose expertise and know-how have secured our international presence.

Our state-of-the-art facility spans 60,000 m², making it a model plant in South America for the processing of beef offal. Recent investments in advanced technology for packaging, palletizing, freezing, and warehousing have strengthened our position as a market leader, creating a facility unique in its kind.

We distribute over 400 tons per month within Argentina and export more than 7,000 tons per month worldwide, with daily production lines capable of handling 400 tons per day and warehouses with a total capacity of 10,000 tons.
